Creating a community for the birthing person along with people that have gone through similar, if not the same situations, is my goal. I have created a safe space for those who recently gave birth to feel heard and acknowledged. It is designed to boost confidence in this new life journey and create a sense of community, no matter your location. Visits are available almost at all hours of the day to cater to your schedule, needs, and availability. There are also one-on-one appointments if that is needed, or fits better with your personality.
Meet Alex
Welcome! I am Alex. I grew up in Los Angeles, CA. I realized I was fascinated by the female anatomy in my senior year of high school. After having my children, I allowed myself to dive into the birth world. It has been a slow journey for me nevertheless, it has been a fascinating one.
I became certified as a birth doula in 2018. I love being part of births but learning about them the most. Soon after, I started encapsulating placentas and found it fascinating. Because of my curiosity, I knew I wanted to be part of something bigger. ​
Having conversations with new mothers, I became more aware that not everyone has the support needed during the postpartum period. In today's world, it is hard to have the community needed to properly heal and adjust to having a newborn at home.

I strive to help moms make the most out of their postpartum experience so they have an easier time transitioning into motherhood. I do all of the legwork for you so you can focus on what’s important- your new baby! We come up to the hospital, birth center, or home to pick up your placenta for you. We clean, prepare, and encapsulate your placenta in a sterilized area. Once the pills are complete we will bring them to you either at your home or the hospital.
